1. Sponsor

The October iPhone 15 Giveaway (the “Contest”) is sponsored and administered by Orchard Labs Inc, located at 213 Sterling Road, Toronto, ON M6R 2B2 (the “Sponsor”).

The Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Apple Inc. Apple Inc. is not responsible for the administration of the Contest or fulfillment of the prize.

2. Contest Period

The Contest begins on October 1, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. EDT and ends on October 31, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. EDT (the “Contest Period”).

All entries must be received during the Contest Period.

3. Eligibility

The Contest is open to legal residents of Canada who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence at the time of entry.

Employees, representatives, agents, officers and directors of the Sponsor, and members of their immediate families or households, are not eligible to enter.

The Contest is void where prohibited by law.

4. How to Enter

No purchase is necessary.

During the Contest Period, eligible individuals may enter the Contest by visiting www.getorchard.com/pages/orchard-giveaway, providing a valid email address and any other required information, and completing the Contest entry process.

As part of the entry process, entrants agree to receive promotional and marketing emails from Orchard Labs Inc., as described below.

Limit one (1) entry per person during the Contest Period.

Entries generated using automated means, scripts, bots, multiple identities, fraudulent methods, or other means that interfere with the fair administration of the Contest may be disqualified.

5. Email Marketing Consent

By completing the Contest entry process, entrants expressly consent to receiving commercial electronic messages, including promotional and marketing emails, from Orchard Labs Inc.

The request for consent will be clearly presented to entrants as part of the Contest entry process.

Entrants may withdraw their consent and unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time by using the unsubscribe mechanism included in Orchard Labs Inc.’s marketing emails.

Unsubscribing from future marketing communications after entering the Contest will not invalidate an otherwise eligible Contest entry.

Orchard Labs Inc. will maintain records of consent as required by applicable law.

Marketing communications will contain the identification, contact information, and unsubscribe mechanism required under Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (“CASL”).

Personal information collected through the Contest will be handled in accordance with Orchard Labs Inc.’s Privacy Policy, available at https://www.getorchard.com/policies/privacy-policy.

6. Prize

There is one (1) prize available to be won.

The prize consists of:

One (1) Apple iPhone 15, 128GB, Like New condition, colour subject to availability.

The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the prize is CAD $795.

The prize must be accepted as awarded and is not transferable, assignable, or redeemable for cash, except at the Sponsor's sole discretion or as required by law.

If the advertised prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Sponsor's reasonable control, the Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater retail value, subject to applicable law.

The winner is responsible for any costs associated with the prize that are not expressly included in these Official Rules.

7. Odds of Winning

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Contest Period.

8. Winner Selection

On or about November 2nd, the Sponsor will randomly select one (1) potential winner from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period.

The random draw will take place in Toronto, ON, Canada.

9. Winner Notification

The selected entrant will be contacted using the email address provided when entering the Contest.

The selected entrant must respond within seven (7) calendar days of the Sponsor's initial notification.

Before being confirmed as the winner, the selected entrant may be required to:

- confirm their eligibility;

- provide reasonable proof of identity, age, and Canadian residency; and

- complete any declaration or release reasonably required by the Sponsor and permitted by applicable law.

If the selected entrant cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the required period, does not satisfy the eligibility requirements, or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules, they may be disqualified and another entrant may be randomly selected.

The Sponsor will never require payment to claim the prize.

10. Prize Delivery

Once a winner has been confirmed, the Sponsor will arrange delivery of the prize to the winner at the Sponsor's expense within Canada.

The winner must provide a valid Canadian delivery address.

The Sponsor will use reasonable efforts to deliver the prize promptly following confirmation of the winner.

11. Personal Information

Personal information collected in connection with the Contest will be used to administer the Contest, verify eligibility, contact selected entrants, deliver the prize, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations, and for any other purposes disclosed to the participant at the time their information is collected.

Where the participant has provided the applicable consent to receive marketing communications, their information may also be used to send those communications.

12. General Conditions

The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant who the Sponsor reasonably determines has:

- violated these Official Rules;

- submitted false or misleading information;

- attempted to enter more times than permitted;

- used automated or fraudulent methods to enter; or

- attempted to interfere with the proper administration, security, fairness, or operation of the Contest.

If the Contest cannot be conducted as originally planned because of circumstances beyond the Sponsor's reasonable control, the Sponsor may modify, suspend, or terminate the Contest, subject to applicable law.

If the Contest is terminated early, the Sponsor may select a winner from eligible entries received before termination, where permitted by law.

14. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Official Rules excludes or limits liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Subject to applicable law, the Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, misdirected, or technically corrupted entries, or for technical failures beyond the Sponsor's reasonable control that prevent participation in the Contest.

15. Governing Law

The Contest is subject to applicable federal, provincial, and territorial laws of Canada.

These Official Rules will be interpreted in accordance with applicable Canadian law and the laws of Ontario, without limiting any mandatory rights available to entrants under the laws applicable in their province or territory of residence.

17. Acceptance of Rules

By entering the Contest, participants acknowledge that they have read and agree to these Official Rules, subject to any rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
