Orchard primarily sells refurbished phones, but if you’ve been keeping tabs with us, you may have noticed that we occasionally sell devices that are Brand-New, in their original packaging.

For Brand New devices, the return window is 14 days. Note that we can only accept returns for Brand New devices that are unopened, in their original packaging. Reminder that these devices come with a one-year manufacturer’s warranty — if you are having functionality issues with the phone, please reach out to the manufacturer for claims.

You can still add all your Orchard favourites to an order for a brand-new device. We’ll gladly ship out accessories, like cases, SIM cards or earphones, if you add them to your order at checkout. Please note that we won’t be able to apply our Tempered Glass Screen Protectors, as the phones will remain in their sealed packaging and we won’t open the box before shipping. If you need assistance applying the screen protector you ordered, please feel free to reach out to support@getorchard.com — we’ll be happy to guide you through the process.
