Is Orchard still open for business?

Yes! We are shipping devices every day. As always, we offer free shipping anywhere in Canada, so please take advantage.

Pickups are now by appointment only: just choose “in-store pickup” as your shipping option at checkout. We will email you a link to schedule your pickup. You’ll need to order online before you come to the store. Please wear a mask and bring a piece of government-issued photo ID with your address. We look forward to seeing you. 🙂

Have your delivery timeframes been affected by Covid?

We’re still shipping every business day, but delivery is 1-3 business days longer than usual due to delays at Canada Post. Current delivery time within the GTA is two business days from your order.

Outside the GTA, you can look up the expected shipping time (“Delivery Standard”) on the Canada Post website here. Our postal code is M6H 1B6, and we ship with Expedited Parcel. Please allow 1-3 extra business days for delivery beyond what’s on the Canada Post site to account for the ongoing COVID-19 situation.
